Big Lake Brewing invites you to savor an incredible fusion of Dutch comfort food and unique craft beers. The chef and brewers will take you through the art of pairing various foods with each craft beer for a distinctive dining experience.

Course 1- Groentesoep met Balletjes (Light Veg soup with meatballs)
Broth soup with leeks, cauliflower, carrots, celery, and meatballs
Course 2- Kroketten (Dutch Croquettes)
Pulled pork croquettes
Course 3- Huzarensalade (Olivier Salad)
Dutch "pink" potato salad served over bibb lettuce
Course 4-Stamppot met Rookworst (Mashed potatoes with smoked sausage)
Mashed potatoes, sauerkraut, crispy bacon, and dutch sausage
Course 5- Appeltaart (Dutch apple pie)
served with housemade whipped cream
