On-Site Exhibitor Opportunities
Activate with Tulip Time's on-site exhibitor opportunities. Get in front of tens of thousands of participants and gain exposure for your brand. Your brand will receive a coveted spot on 8th Street at our new Civic Center where our high traffic volume occurs where you can engage with our crowds.
GUIDELINES
- Must provide your own 10’ x 10’ if desired
- All exhibitor space assigned is outdoors
- No electricity is available, generators are allowed
- Load in time begins Friday, May 3 at 4pm
- Hours of operation are determined by the exhibitor
- Booth space must be taken down by Sunday, May 12 at 5pm
BENEFITS
Tulip Time On-Site Exhibitors are gaining maximum exposure through:
- Carnival
- Kinderplaats
- 3 Parades (Volksparade, Kinderparade, Muziekparade)
- Weeklong Dutch Market
- Saturday evening concert
- Mother's Day Market
PARAMETERS
- Limited space is available, first come first served basis
- $3,500 per 10’x 10’ space
- Selling of a product is allowed
- Booth sharing is allowed
- Payment in full due April 1, 2019
- No additional measures provided to prohibit attendees from placing chairs/blankets in front of exhibitor space. City of Holland ordinance allows attendees to set up chairs/blankets
