Celebrating Holland Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow

Over the past 90 years, Tulip Time has been a catalyst for economic growth in Holland, bringing hundreds of thousands of locals and tourists together in celebration of Holland's history and vivid culture today. As a community festival, we strive to continually reflect our ever changing community with our dynamic festival events. 

Funds raised through partnership gives us the opportunity to continue wowing visitors while enriching our community. It allows us to showcase our Dutch heritage and community all week long, free of charge through festival favorites like parades, fireworks, and Dutch Dance: one of the festival’s most popular traditions delighting audiences with authentic costumes and dazzling performances. Our local arts and culture organizations are also supported through Tulip Time art competitions like Art in Bloom and Klompen Garden: a public art project showcasing 45 pairs of artfully designed large ‘wooden’ shoes installed in city parks and tulip beds downtown. Most importantly, partner support helps us color Holland with the dazzling blooms of 4.5 million tulips planted throughout the city each year.
